Michele Thompson

I live in a regional town 3 hours out of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia with my husband of 10 years and our 3 dogs. I have always had a great interest in English and the written word, and have been an avid reader of all types of books since I first learned how to read.

All editing is done electronically using Microsoft Word, and as such, all international authors are welcome.

I consider myself to be very thorough and honest, and will always complete my work in a timely manner. I believe that great care and responsibility should always be taken with an author's hard work, and I always dedicate myself to the job at hand to ensure the best possible outcome.

I have done a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Journalism through the University of Queensland, and have also completed an online course through Open Colleges Australia in Professional Editing and Proof Reading.

I also have my own editing and proofreading business. I am currently working as a full-time Customer Service Manager and edit part-time. I’m looking forward to the day that it can be the other way round!

Georgina Thomas

Georgina can be found just a hop, skip and a jump (ok in reality a plane ride) across the pond in England where she works as a full time Copywriter in Bristol. A lover of books, movies and TV shows, so basically anything with a good storyline, she has a passion for editing and writing and is most satisfied when going through a novel with a red pen and making sure it’s the best it can be before publishing. Georgina has a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature from Bath Spa University which is where she first discovered her love of editing and re-working stories and hopes one day to be a full time editor and novelist.

Donna Marie West

Donna Marie West is an educator, translator, author, and editor. Over the past 12 years, she has published over 160 fiction and non-fiction pieces in a variety of Canadian and American magazines and e-zines, such as WHAT IF?, HORSEPOWER, MYSTERIES MAGAZINE, THE WERE-TRAVELLER, HALLOWEENFOREVERMORE, and BEYOND CENTAURI. She is also a contributor to a number of anthologies, including SCARLET WHISPERS, DEATH AWAITS, THE GRAYS, IN SHAMBLES, SPOOKY HALLOWEEN DRABBLES 2014, 2015, and 2016, MORBID METAMORPHOSIS, and Burning Willow Press’s own AND THE WORLD WILL BURN, CROSSROADS IN THE DARK Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. She spends most of her free time reading, writing, and doing research for her current projects, including two young adult novels. She lives in Quebec, Canada, with her long-time partner and two beloved cats.

Christina LoBianco

Christina LoBianco has a Bachelor of Science in English Education and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. She currently works as an assistant director for a childcare center, an editor, and a writer. She has a wonderful husband, four kids, and two dogs. She has had a passion for the English language since she wrote her first poem in the seventh grade. She started writing her first book at seventeen. Since then, she has been hooked to everything from research to writing and editing. She feels very strongly about making sure that no matter what, the author keeps their voice within the work. She feels that if she has ensured the author's book baby is polished and maintains their own flavor, it is a job well done.

Ashlee Pruitt

Ashlee Pruitt resides in a small town in Arkansas where she is a full-time cardiac nurse. She is also a writer, podcaster, and editor for an online magazine. She has now moved on to editing novels and short stories as well. As an avid reader from a very early age, it is an amazing thing for her to be even a small part of what it takes to get a story ready to be published and read by many.
